TOLORAN welcomes B2B, wholesale and large-order inquiries. Commercial terms are provided by the relevant project or in an individual written offer.

Retail purchases

Prices, availability, payment methods, delivery times, geographic limitations and return conditions are shown by ToloTactix or ToloHealth according to the selected language, destination and product category.

International delivery

International delivery may depend on product type, destination, carrier availability, customs requirements and export restrictions. The customer is responsible for checking local import and use requirements unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Returns

Return eligibility may be affected by applicable law, product condition, hygiene and safety rules, custom orders and restricted product categories. The terms displayed by the store at the time of purchase apply.

B2B and large orders

For corporate, wholesale or large orders, pricing, payment, documentation, shipping, inspection and return conditions are agreed before order confirmation.
